Lead a Team of Occupational Therapists in Advanced Neurological Therapies
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Occupational Therapist to join our team at Gorilla Jobs, where you will apply your skills in advanced neurological therapies to help clients achieve life-changing outcomes.

**Your Role:**
- Conduct comprehensive assessments for clients of all ages with physical, cognitive, neurological, and developmental conditions.
- Develop and implement individualised therapy plans based on client needs, goals, and functional capacity.
- Provide guidance and direct involvement in complex cases requiring higher-level problem-solving and decision-making.
- Manage a diverse caseload, including NDIS and private clients.
- Deliver personalised therapies in clinic and community settings.
- Mentor and supervise junior therapists, offering guidance and feedback.
- Lead team meetings and clinical case reviews to ensure best practice standards.

**Requirements:**
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy.
- Full APHRA registration.
- Working With Children Check.
