As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for overseeing the management of projects nationwide. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring seamless project execution, effective communication with clients, and the development of strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboard new subcontractors to enhance our national team's capabilities
  • Project manage subcontractors to achieve timely and efficient project delivery
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to establish and maintain robust relationships
  • Efficiently and assertively problem solve site issues and process variations
  • Log calls and manage workflows through our project software
  • Collaborate with our project coordinators and engineers
  • Expand our project management capabilities into new areas and technologies
  • Manage the department (responsible for KPIs and managing a small team)

Requirements:

  • Strong project management experience
  • Time management and problem-solving skills
  • Professional communication
  • Excel and Microsoft Office skills
  • Electrical industry experience
  • Construction project management especially OHS & Risk Management
  • Rapport building skills
  • Ability to manage people
  • Genuine commitment to sustainability and positive impact
  • Lighting and HVAC experience preferred
  • Experience managing multi-discipline projects preferred
  • Energy efficiency retrofit experience (e.g., audits, calcs, technology) preferred

Location:

We deliver projects nationwide. It is highly preferred you are based in Brisbane, but it's not essential because we manage most work remotely.
