Job Title: Senior Relationship Manager

About This Role
  • Agriculture Expertise: Deep understanding of the agricultural sector, its cycles, and challenges.
  • Commercial Acumen: Experience supporting large commercial clients with complex lending needs.
  • Relationship Building: Proven ability to foster strong, long-term client partnerships.
  • Credit Skills: Strong cashflow lending, balance sheet analysis, and deal structuring.
  • Business Development: Demonstrated success in acquiring and growing customer portfolios.
  • Network Strength: Well-established network of industry and referral partners.
