Job Overview

We offer a competitive salary of $56.73 per hour + superannuation, making us one of the top payers in the industry. In addition to our attractive remuneration package, we also offer flexible working hours and days, Monday to Friday, full-time or part-time, with no shift work required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough triage evaluations to identify the appropriate assessment pathway and prioritize client needs.
  • Establish rapport with clients to create a safe and comfortable environment for them to express their concerns.
  • Determine eligibility and assessment priority and pathway.
  • Conduct risk assessments based on client vulnerability.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in a health-related discipline directly related to health, aged care, or a related specialist area.
  • Current unrestricted registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Completion of training requirements as specified under the My Aged Care Workforce Learning Strategy 2023.
  • At least one year's aged care assessment experience preferred.
