Senior Regulatory Compliance Lawyer

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Compliance Lawyer to lead our legal team. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in regulatory compliance and risk management.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of regulatory compliance policies and procedures
- Provide expert advice on regulatory matters and risk management strategies
- Oversee breach reporting processes and remediation frameworks
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements with a focus on risk and compliance
About You:
- 7-10 years of PQE experience in regulatory compliance and risk management
- Deep understanding of relevant legislation, including FSR, NCCP, AML/CTF, Privacy, and Consumer Credit
- Proven ability to lead on compliance frameworks, risk management, breach reporting, and remediation
- Excellent drafting, advisory, and stakeholder management skills
- Commercial mindset with the ability to influence senior decision-makers
