Automotive Customer Service Specialist

As a Service Advisor, you will be the face of our business, providing exceptional customer service experience to clients on a daily basis.

Your role will involve building and maintaining positive relationships with customers and internal departments to ensure seamless communication and timely delivery of services.

The Key Responsibilities
  • Provide accurate estimates for additional work or repairs
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure vehicles are completed as promised
  • Handle customer concerns and complaints promptly and fairly
  • Maintain regular contact with customers to provide updates

In order to succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent customer service skills, both verbal and written. You should also be proactive, presenting professionally and being able to work autonomously as well as part of a team.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role or experience in banking, real estate, or customer-facing roles
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Pentana Solutions (Reynolds & Reynolds) experience is highly desirable but not essential
