Job Opportunity
This prestigious institution seeks a seasoned Training Professional to craft and deliver engaging training sessions for diverse groups, both online and in-person. The ideal candidate will be a confident presenter who excels at connecting with learners and tailoring training content to meet individual needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Craft and deliver training for various groups, leveraging online and in-person platforms as needed
- Collaborate closely with subject matter experts to develop and align instructional materials with business objectives
- Analyze requirements and methodically design instruction to match learner needs
- Develop and deliver training across business processes and related IT systems via digital channels using agile methodologies
- Transition project learning assets into regular operations and induction programs
- Develop or update work instructions (including video tutorials) where required
- Troubleshoot system issues and escalate to vendors when necessary
Requirements:
- Extensive background and experience in Learning and Development
- Salesforce implementation expertise is essential due to the nature of the delivery
- Experience using a range of digital formats (Articulate, Camtasia, Snagit, Captivate etc.) to create diverse learning materials
- Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, LMS (TrainMe and Canvas), CRM (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamic) Fonteva
- Experience working across multiple environments with different roles and permission sets
- Loves presenting in a classroom environment and engages successfully with all delegates (with hybrid training required at times)
- Strong understanding of Design Thinking, HCD methodologies, Instructional Design Models, and other relevant theories
