This is a casual opportunity that requires the successful applicant to work across our Main and Riverside campuses. Key responsibilities include assisting the cook with meal preparation and presentation, maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents and staff, and supporting our facilities team with general cleaning duties.
We are looking for someone who has:
- A current Food Handlers Certificate.
- Knowledge of chemical usage and safety procedures.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A current police check and driver's license.
- Up-to-date COVID-19 and influenza vaccinations.
In compliance with the Victorian Chief Health Officer's Mandatory Vaccination Directions, all RDHS employees must be vaccinated against COVID-19 with TGA-approved vaccine and provide evidence of their vaccination status. Annual influenza vaccination is also mandatory.
We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits including access to professional development opportunities and a supportive work environment.
