Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Migration Lead to plan, design, build, test and deliver the data migration workstream.

This role will involve working closely with vendors, technical teams, and stakeholders to ensure a seamless transition from multiple legacy systems to the new platform.

  • Lead end-to-end data migration activities with the vendor, ensuring data integrity and compliance with industry standards.
  • Assess and analyse the volume and type of data to be migrated and understand target system requirements, identifying and mapping legacy data accordingly.
Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have the following key responsibilities:

Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or related field, with relevant experience in large transformation programs including data migration.

Extensive hands-on experience in ETL processes, validation and reconciliation, as well as proficiency in ERP platforms and their data structures.

Demonstrated experience in data analysis, extraction, integrations, conversion, migration and reporting in complex environments.

Strong communication skills, with ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of the data migration process.
