Job Opportunity: Lead Creative Position

We're seeking an experienced and skilled Creative Lead to join our team in North Sydney. This is a permanent full-time position that will involve working predominantly in a digital environment, delivering crafted interfaces and highly creative campaign assets.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the evolution of visual design language and maintaining brand integrity across all touchpoints. They'll also lead the definition and evolution of our visual design framework.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with the team and external partners to create award-winning campaigns, designing with the customer journey in mind, and communicating effectively with stakeholders.

To be successful in this role, you'll need at least 10+ years of web design experience, familiarity with UI design patterns, and proficiency in software such as Figma, Adobe suite, Webflow, Jira, and Miro.

Additional requirements include flexibility, ability to work under tight deadlines, re-prioritizing as business needs change, and experience in brand expression, campaign development, and collaborating with various stakeholders.
