  • Expert Guidance: Provide clients with expert advice on system architecture, security, and performance optimization.
  • System Design: Design and architect complex SAP systems, considering future growth and technological advancements.
  • Project Leadership: Lead large-scale SAP Basis projects from conception through to delivery, managing cross-functional teams and third-party vendors.
  • Staying Current: Stay updated with the latest trends and innovations in SAP technology. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the SAP Basis environment.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with SAP implementations, upgrades, and migrations.
  • Vendor Partnerships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with SAP technology vendors and partners to ensure optimal use of resources and cutting-edge solutions.
  • Mentorship: Mentor junior consultants, share knowledge, and contribute to their professional development.
  • Client Relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, understanding their business needs and translating them into SAP technology solutions.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the delivery of high-quality SAP solutions by implementing robust quality assurance processes and standards.

This position requires a Principal SAP Basis Consultant with a level of expertise who can guide strategic SAP technology decisions, lead complex projects, and foster innovation within the organization.
