**About the Role**

Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for driving innovation through technology? Join our team as an SAP Manager, where you’ll play a pivotal role in optimizing our SAP systems to enhance business processes and improve efficiency.

The SAP Manager is accountable for the delivery of services, support and architecture for SAP and all ERP Landscape systems used across Santos, including Finance, Asset Maintenance, Supply Chain and People functions. They take responsibility for providing leadership to IS staff, contractors, outsourced services, and software vendors.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Establishes effective governance and management of the services within their portfolio
- Creates a clear partnership with service providers for the benefit of Santos
- Implements and delivers on cost reduction efficiencies and value creation strategies where relevant to ERP Landscape
- Owns and delivers life-cycle roadmaps for services
- Establishes a continuous improvement plan for all Services
- Ensures that SAP Service Delivery Leads (SDL’s) adhere to the SDL Framework, covering: Service Management, Stakeholder Management, Status Reporting, Contract Management, Financial Management, Project Management, Risk Management and Team Management
- Manages ERP Landscape Opex and capex within agreed parameters and provides leadership in financial management to the team
- Development and delivery of standards, objectives and plans in area of expertise
- Manages any contracts that support the service and ensure maximum value for Santos
- Acts as an escalation point for issues directly or indirectly within the IS Service

**About You**

To be successful in this role you will have the following key skills and experience:

- Understanding and managing down service costs and providing transparency to business stakeholders
- Ability to direct and ensure smooth delivery of the service via 3rd party vendors
- Clear understanding of the technology direction and strategy for the IS Service
- Managing a high performing team of professionals and individual contributors

Ideally you are Degree Qualified or Equivalent Tertiary and/or relevant work/industry experience in related IS/IT technical area. Relevant SAP qualification, or appropriate ERP business experience is highly desirable.
