The Role:

  • Develop and oversee creative strategy, ensuring alignment with the brand's vision, mission, and goals.
  • Lead the development of campaigns, product launches, and brand assets across all touchpoints (digital, print, social, video, and more).
  • Drive rebrand rollout across all platforms, ensuring consistency, clarity, and impact.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new brand identity into all business areas.
  • Establish guidelines, processes, and frameworks to protect and evolve the brand identity over time.
  • Build and scale a creative team and freelancer roster thoughtfully, ensuring structure and skill sets align with business needs.
  • Ensure creative projects are delivered on time, on budget, and at highest quality standards.
  • Serve as the brand's voice, advocating for creative excellence across organisation and industry.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in a Creative Director role, agency or in-house. Experience in tech / SaaS and/or design/creative industries beneficial but not essential.
  • Deep branding, design, and storytelling expertise across multiple media platforms.
  • Strong project management skills, balancing creative vision with business priorities.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • A forward-thinking, problem-solving mindset focused on driving results.
