We are seeking a Strategic Human Resources Partner to join our dynamic team for a 12 month fixed term contract. As a key member of the HR function, you will partner with senior leaders across diverse business teams to deliver an influential people plan in a rapidly growing market.

  • This is a great opportunity for a motivated HR practitioner to make a significant impact on our business through the development and implementation of strategic HR initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing expert guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.
  • Leading change management programs to ensure smooth transitions and employee engagement.
  • Coupling with Centers of Excellence (CoEs) in areas such as Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Reward & Benefits.
  • Promoting diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEIB) initiatives across the business.
  • Maintaining a customer focus to ensure speed of response and customer service to general employee HR enquiries.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a business partner or strategic HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of local employment law and HR best practices.
