**Inclusion Support Educator Role**

Nurturing greatness in every child and educator is our top priority. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Inclusion Support Educator to join our exceptional team of qualified Early Childhood professionals.

About the Position

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Certificate III or Diploma qualified Educator to work with children aged 0-5 years in a fun-loving and supportive environment. As an Inclusion Support Educator, you will play a key role in building and maintaining an outstanding learning environment that promotes the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of our children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement inclusive education programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment that promotes the well-being of all children.
  • Work collaboratively with other educators to achieve high-quality care and education outcomes.
  • Provide support and guidance to colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective team.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • An ACECQA approved Certificate 3 or Diploma Qualification in Children's Services.
  • An understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
  • Proven Educator experience within an Early childhood service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A current Working with Children Check and First Aid certificate.
