Job Description:

As an Assistant Director, you will be responsible for supporting the Centre Director in the day-to-day operations of the centre. You will guide the team in developing and delivering high-quality programs that inspire and nurture young minds.

This includes building genuine and positive relationships with the team, children, and their families. You will listen and collaborate with the team to turn feedback into action and drive quality and continuous improvement.

To be successful in this role, you will require a current ACECQA-approved Diploma or Bachelor qualification, a State relevant Working with Children's Check, Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR and First Aid Certificates, Child Protection Training, and previous experience as an Assistant Director or Lead Educator.
