Project Manager Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. The incumbent will be responsible for managing projects in the Charlotte area, working closely with a group of talented construction professionals.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in the construction industry, with a minimum of seven years in project management. Strong knowledge of the local area is also highly desirable.

The Project Manager will be responsible for budget management, project buyout execution, accounts receivable oversight, subcontractor procurement and agreements, shop drawing and submittal management, schedule creation and management, safety and quality plan implementation, client satisfaction and team collaboration.

Qualifications and Skills
  • College degree in construction management, engineering or similar discipline
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Experience with Procore is a plus
