Ambassador for Exceptional Customer Experiences

We are seeking a Services Supervisor to join the team at Westfield Fountain Gate. This role offers the chance to lead and inspire a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Leading, coaching, and developing teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and improve Net Promoter Score (NPS).
- Building and nurturing a customer-centric culture, new initiatives, and professional partnerships with stakeholders and the local community.
- Managing team performance, succession planning, recruitment, induction, and development.
- Overseeing rostering, forecasting, and financial management.
- Reviewing and analysing customer feedback to capture insights and realise opportunities.
- Partnering with internal and external stakeholders to identify and implement opportunities to improve the car park, concierge, and W+ experience.
- Championing our Service Promise and driving the Customer Promise recognition program.
This is a full-time permanent opportunity based at Westfield Fountain Gate.
