Digital Insights Analyst

This critical role involves working closely with multiple teams to develop and execute our insights strategy.

We're looking for an analytical digital native who can work collaboratively across markets, lines of business, partners, and teams to uncover insights that drive business decisions.

You'll present recommendations to leaders and back your views with data. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Working with Product, CRM, Editorial, and Marketing teams to gather and share audience data and analytics.
  • Supporting tracking and analytics for cross-line-of-business owned channel campaigns.
  • Offering data-backed recommendations to optimize user engagement and conversion on marketing campaigns.
  • Presenting analytics and insights to the digital team and various stakeholders.
  • Using Adobe Analytics to track performance, create dashboards, and provide actionable insights.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 5+ years' experience in data analytics for a consumer-facing product with scale.
  • Experience querying, updating, and managing data in SQL.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to tell a story with data.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
