About the Role

We are seeking experienced ICT Support Specialists to join a dynamic and supportive environment.

As an ICT Service Desk Officer, you will be responsible for providing proactive first-level support for a wide range of ICT incidents and service requests.

You will manage incoming enquiries via phone and email, document interactions accurately, escalate complex issues as needed, and work closely with internal teams to ensure timely resolution and service excellence.

This role contributes to continuous service improvement aligned with strategic digital health initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing proactive first-level support for ICT incidents and service requests
  • Managing incoming enquiries via phone and email
  • Documenting interactions accurately and escalating complex issues as needed
  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure timely resolution and service excellence
  • Contribute to continuous service improvement aligned with strategic digital health initiatives

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work to strict deadlines, prioritise tasks, and maintain high accuracy under pressure
  • Strong problem-solving skills through investigation, research, and consultation
  • Proven ability to provide high-quality customer service in ICT environments
  • Experience working in a structured service desk or helpdesk setting
  • Ability to document procedures and maintain accurate records
  • Capacity to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Familiarity with standard desktop applications and common support tools
