Job Title: Appian Developer

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a skilled developer with expertise in the low-code platform, Appian.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and deploy Appian-based applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Maintain and improve existing applications to meet evolving business needs

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends.

Required Skills:
  • 4-8 years of experience in analysis, design, development, and application deployment of Appian-based applications
  • Working knowledge of automation and low-code trends, standards, practices
  • Understanding of ERP, CRM, BPM/Workflow, Data Integration Architecture or EAI and/or applied knowledge of enterprise architecture, including data management
  • Experience with Appian custom development (e.g., Java)
  • Familiarity with a range of automation and low-code platforms
Essential Qualifications:
  • Developer Certification(s) to credential your Appian experience, along with motivation to keep learning more
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Able to lead multiple engagements concurrently
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong design and development skills in Appian
  • Highly motivated, self-driven with a positive attitude
