Business Assurance Lead

We are seeking an experienced Business Assurance Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading business assurance assessments and developing high-quality assessment reports.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct business assurance assessments in accordance with current procedures.
  • Lead multi-disciplinary and / or international assessment teams effectively.
  • Develop high-quality assessment reports reflecting business assurance principles.
  • Discuss additional services with clients and promote higher value services.
  • Ensure all internal client stakeholders are informed of changes and issues.
  • Proactively identify opportunities and sales leads.
  • Maintain professional competence by keeping abreast of technical developments.
  • Supervise induction / coaching / knowledge transfer for new Assessors.
  • Coach Auditors under training and mentor less experienced Lead Assessors.
  • Perform additional tasks as required.
  • Participate fully in Auditor meetings.

Requirements:
  • Thorough understanding of management systems / scheme requirements.
  • Qualified to assess against more than one major standard, sector scheme ISO, ISO, ISO.
  • Substantial experience in third-party auditing / assessment.
  • Understanding of client management principles and application within the role.
  • Experience in developing and managing complex technical projects.
  • A degree (or equivalent qualification) in a relevant subject.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
