Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Business Assurance Test Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of our business processes.

  • The ability to liaise effectively with all levels across the organisation is necessary.
  • Knowledge of Health Insurance is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

  • The Business Assurance Test Specialist will be responsible for scoping, preparing and verifying business processes associated with potential changes.
  • Review acceptance criteria defined in business requirements and features.
  • Prepare test cases from associated project documentation in the nominated testing tool.
  • Prepare test data to support execution of Business Assurance Test cases.
  • Perform test execution activities including defect logging and documenting test results.
  • Assist peers in providing testing tool and general testing training to business users involved in test execution.
  • Provide support to business users during the test case preparation and test execution phases.
  • Participate in Production Verification Testing for changes deployed.
