This permanent role is based in Melbourne VIC and will support an upcoming civil and rail project in Calder Park. The successful candidate will have supervisor experience in civil and track construction and be able to implement safe working methods and practices.

The key responsibilities of this role include ensuring safe working methods, monitoring performance, coordinating activities, and leading groups of diverse employees. This position requires relevant experience in civil rail construction, a trade qualification, sound knowledge of health and safety requirements, and strong leadership abilities.
