Business Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, documenting functional specifications, and working closely with developers and project managers to ensure timely delivery of solutions.

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Murex implementations or enhancements.
  • Liaise with business users to understand processes and workflows.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications for the Murex platform.
  • Participate in the configuration, testing, and deployment of Murex modules (FO/MO/BO/Risk/Regulatory).
  • Support and troubleshoot production issues related to Murex.
  • Perform impact analysis for change requests and enhancements.
  • Work closely with developers, testers, and project managers to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
  • Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training and support to end users.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst working with the Murex platform.
  • Strong understanding of capital markets products (FX, IRD, Credit, Equities, Commodities).
  • Experience with Murex modules such as Mx.3, MxML, Datamart, Simulation Views, Workflow, or Murex APIs.
  • Knowledge of trade lifecycle and front-to-back trade processing.
  • Familiarity with SQL, XML, and data mapping concepts.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under tight deadlines.
