Fitness Event Coordinator for Puppy Pilates

Puppy Pilates Event Assistant
We are seeking a detail-oriented and animal-loving individual to support the smooth running of our Puppy Pilates events. As an event assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring that every session runs seamlessly, providing an exceptional customer experience for our participants and their furry friends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with setting up and packing down the event space, including cleaning, arranging mats and equipment, and managing merchandise.
- Liaise with puppy partners and assist with safe and comfortable handling of the dogs.
- Greet and check in participants, ensuring they complete necessary waivers.
- Monitor participant interaction with puppies, upholding safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Support the Pilates instructor and communicate effectively with guests, maintaining a calm and professional environment.
- Ensure the cleanliness of the event space during and after sessions.
- Manage merchandise and perform light administrative duties as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Friendly and confident communication style.
- Love for animals and comfort handling small to medium-sized dogs.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting/moving event equipment and bending.

Other Information:
- Must be available for weekend and occasional weekday work.
- Willingness to conduct Responsible Pet Handling, CPR, and First Aid training.
- Experience with animals or events is a bonus but not essential.
- Optional certifications include Events, Fitness, Group Exercise, Animal Studies, Pet First Aid & CPR / Animal Handling, and First Aid / CPR.
