Exercise Instructor Position
">We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Exercise Instructor to deliver engaging group fitness classes to our members. This role is ideal for those who are passionate about fitness, have excellent communication skills, and can work effectively in a team environment.
">Responsibilities:
">- ">
- Teach group exercise classes such as Aqua Aerobics, Pilates, and Zumba to diverse age groups and fitness levels">
- Develop and implement new class programs to keep sessions fresh and engaging">
- Provide on-the-job training and mentorship to junior instructors">
- Contribute to the development of our group fitness program by suggesting new ideas and initiatives">
Requirements:
">To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and attributes:
">- ">
- Aquatic (including Aquafit & Deepwater Exercise) certification or relevant experience">
- Pilates, Zumba, or other group fitness certifications">
- First Aid and CPR certification or willingness to obtain/renew prior to commencement">
- Flexible availability, with classes running Monday to Sunday between 6am and 6pm">
- The ability to commence work as soon as possible">
- Dedication and reliability as an employee">
- A passion for people and the fitness industry">
