Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional leader to drive the daily operations of a high-volume venue, fostering a dynamic team and delivering service excellence across all areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure seamless performance and growth.
  • Lead a high-performing team with a focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Develop and execute promotions throughout the business, enhancing our market presence and driving revenue.
  • Maintain market awareness and trend analysis relevant to food and beverage in the area & industry, informing our strategic decisions.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of Venue Management experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • Prior experience managing high-volume F&B environments, with a deep understanding of operational efficiency.
  • P&L understanding and ability to analyze financials, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-turnover customer service environments, with a focus on excellent communication skills.
