Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned venue professional to lead our Adelaide location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive a positive team culture and deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Oversee the seamless operation of front-of-house, gaming, and back-of-house systems
  • Build a high-performing team and contribute to ongoing success

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in venue management
  • Proven track record of managing high-volume food and beverage operations
  • Ability to learn and understand venue reporting and systems
  • Strong financial acumen and analytical skills
  • Experience in fast-paced customer service environments
  • Demonstrated expertise in business development and strategic hospitality management
  • State-based qualifications (RP Badge)
