Assistant Venue Manager
. This is an opportunity to join a vibrant venue that combines great beer, food, and atmosphere with a focus on people and culture.

What you'll be doing:

  • Leading from the front to deliver an outstanding guest experience
  • Coaching and developing a passionate FOH team
  • Driving positive culture and smooth daily operations
  • Managing costs, rostering, and compliance with confidence
  • Bringing fresh ideas to elevate service and the overall atmosphere
