Community Engagement Advisor

  • Manage social media presence and local marketing activation, creating engaging content and driving community interaction
  • Embody a culture of lifelong learning, advancing your career through on-the-job training and professional development
  • Build connections, support customers, give back, and contribute to making our communities better places to live

This is a permanent part-time position located in Altona. The roster consists of 30 hours per fortnight, spread across 2 days a week.

To succeed in this role, you will be an ambassador for our community bank with:

  • A genuine understanding and established connection with the local community
  • Strong customer service and customer experience ethos
  • Ability to drive and maintain effective working relationships and networks
  • Effective communication skills to share our Community Bank story
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Experience in marketing and managing social media pages
  • Ability to work independently and unsupervised
  • Project or event management experience (desirable)
  • Confidence with technology and experience in digital platforms and creative/editing tools
