Job Title:

A national switchboard operator role requires exceptional communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answer all incoming calls with accuracy and professionalism
  • Manage console operations to ensure system accuracy
  • Liaise with team managers to determine end dates and obtain team information
  • Liaise with team assistants regarding team lists and their accuracy
  • Support the facilities team with mail sorting and scanning as required
