We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Total Rewards Specialist to join our People & Culture division in a Max Term role for 18 months.
The People & Culture Division is responsible for providing human resources, best practice advisory, learning and development services to internal customers and external businesses.
This role is based in Altona North with flexible work arrangements on offer. There may be a requirement to travel to our Sydney office once a month.
Key Responsibilities- Implement and review total rewards systems, processes, and procedures to achieve business objectives at optimal cost.
- Provide advice on and assist the HR management team in developing policies and standards for total rewards practices.
- Prepare and communicate inputs and outputs for annual remuneration, including promotions and rotations, annual remuneration review, and incentives.
- Manage relationships, communication, and processes with external payroll and total rewards providers.
- Coordinate and facilitate forums to ensure total rewards plans, progress, and issues are clearly communicated to stakeholders.
- Update and maintain reporting systems to provide accurate and timely information to support planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
- Degree qualification or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years' accumulative experience in a similar role within a large corporate environment.
- Experience in payroll, total rewards, and benefits highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and Excel skills to visualize and present data.
- Track record in successfully providing services and solutions to the business, including strategy development.
