Job Title: Technical Solution Architect

We are seeking an experienced Technical Solution Architect to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing technical solutions that meet our business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop technical architectures that meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members.
  • Mentor and coach team members to improve their skills and knowledge.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of enterprise application development and architecture.
  • Experience with Java or JavaScript/NodeJS programming languages.
  • Knowledge of Telecommunication principles, including Switching, Routing, Addressing, OSI Layers, and Protocols (IP, TCP/IP).
  • Familiarity with Project Management Methodologies - PMP, Prince 2 is a plus.
  • Understanding of Enterprise Integration Patterns, Messaging systems, rules and business process engines.
  • Experience with application server technologies such as JBoss, WebLogic, WebSphere.
  • Knowledge of modern web application frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue.
  • Understanding of REST/SOAP technologies.

  • Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to deliver successful projects.
  • Collaborate with IT and Networks architects to define architecture road maps.
  • Define testing scope and strategy, review documents, verify test cases and results, and automate testing by the development team.
  • Provide technical expertise support for OSS services and vendor liaison regarding problems and future enhancements.
  • Aid OSS Operations during major incidents, perform Root Cause Analysis on major and repetitive faults, and work with vendors/users/OSS Operations.
  • Monitor performance, growth, and remediation capacity.
  • Mentor junior members of the team.
  • Review and provide feedback on current business processes related to OSS and improve efficiencies.
  • Maintain required levels of knowledge and documentation relating to the systems.
  • Liaise with vendors, Networks support & engineering groups, and Network engineering groups to meet present and future business requirements.
  • Work with business stakeholders and foster trust relationships.
  • Maintain a customer-focused mindset.
  • Oversee and provide leadership to vendor-provided resources on projects and activities.
