Senior Submarine Programme Lead

ASC is Australia's submarine company, responsible for building, sustaining and delivering submarines to the Royal Australian Navy. Our work contributes directly to Australia's national security and offers a deeper purpose that we can all be proud of.
We are seeking a General Manager to lead our SSN Sustainment Program, working closely with multiple business areas and accountable for ensuring effective planning, execution and close out of all program activities in Pearl Harbor - Hawaii, HMAS Stirling, and Henderson - Western Australia, and Operational Period Maintenance (OPM) in domestic and international ports as required.
The successful candidate will have strong proficiency in naval sustainment, including planning, preparation, and execution of organizational, intermediate, and depot level maintenance. They will also have demonstrated ability to manage multi-million-dollar contracts with contract deliverables completed safely on time.
In addition, the General Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key partners and stakeholders, including the Royal Australian Navy and Naval Shipbuilding and Sustainment Group.
