About the Position
- Provide high-quality occupational therapy services across the lifespan.
- Assess and collaborate with clients and stakeholders to identify and implement meaningful therapy programs.
- Assess and prescribe home modifications and assistive technology to enhance safety, independence, or quality of life.
- Complete assessments and reports that support life transitions and goals attainment.
- Communicate with key stakeholders to support client outcomes.
- Engage in professional development opportunities to support growth and best practice delivery.
- Participate in identifying new client opportunities and referrals.
