About the Position

  • Provide high-quality occupational therapy services across the lifespan.
  • Assess and collaborate with clients and stakeholders to identify and implement meaningful therapy programs.
  • Assess and prescribe home modifications and assistive technology to enhance safety, independence, or quality of life.
  • Complete assessments and reports that support life transitions and goals attainment.
  • Communicate with key stakeholders to support client outcomes.
  • Engage in professional development opportunities to support growth and best practice delivery.
  • Participate in identifying new client opportunities and referrals.
