Procurement Support Officer

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Support Officer to join our team at Randstad. As a key member of our procurement section, you will provide comprehensive operational and administrative support, contributing to the department's financial and procurement operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation of purchase orders, managing tenders, and supporting project-related procurement activities.
- Provide administrative support to the Procurement section, assisting in contract management, financial processing, and project reporting.
- Manage and monitor procurement activities, ensuring timely financial payment and delivery of project-related activities.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports, reconciliations, variance analysis, and project budgets.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain controlled document management systems, project monitoring tools, and cost plans.
- Support training programs for procurement systems and participate in continuous improvement efforts for system and procedural enhancements.
Requirements
- Proficiency in procurement and asset management within SAP.
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
- Strong client service skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with KPIs.
- Intermediate Excel skills and a highly computer-literate individual who can handle confidential administrative tasks efficiently.
- A proactive, team-oriented approach with the ability to handle enquiries and take initiative in senior staff's absence.
