RPA Automation Specialist

As an RPA Automation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic implementation of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions to enhance operational efficiency and streamline business processes.

  • Design and develop end-to-end RPA automation workflows using UiPath, incorporating best practices and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities and implement effective automation strategies.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality automated workflows, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
  • Support and troubleshoot automation deployments, addressing technical issues and providing expertise on RPA tools and technologies.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and innovations in RPA, applying knowledge to drive process improvements and optimize automation outcomes.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in RPA development and programming (.NET, C++, Java)
  • Strong skills in business process mapping, stakeholder engagement, and requirements gathering
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with stakeholders
