About the Role

We are seeking an experienced People and Culture Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our People and Culture team, you will be responsible for providing generalist HR support, guidance, and expertise to our business leaders and employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with leaders to provide advice, coaching, and mentoring on people experience and people management matters.
  • Build effective relationships with leaders to ensure a sound understanding of workforce needs and educate them on employee arrangements and conditions.
  • Assist in creating and promoting people-centric projects, programs, initiatives, and policies focused on the employee experience.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance on all people matters for both leaders and employees.
  • Participate in the performance review process to identify future talent and development opportunities, including succession planning.
  • Assist with employee remuneration review and incentive/rewards programs.
  • Prepare reports on all people metrics as required.

About You

  • Previous experience in HR Generalist/Advisory role.
  • Strong business partnering skills with leaders.
  • Exposure working within a logistics environment is advantageous.
  • Ability to think strategically and drive people experience strategies.
  • Ability to engage, influence, and collaborate effectively with leaders.
  • Strong interpersonal, coaching, mentoring, and people leadership skills.
  • Approach tasks with agility, initiative, and passion.
  • Be approachable, and have a positive, fun, 'can-do' and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
