Behaviour Support Practitioner Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Behaviour Support Practitioner to provide evidence-based, person-centred, and outcome-focused support to NDIS participants.

  • The successful candidate will possess extensive experience in supporting individuals with behaviours of concern and demonstrate excellent report writing and communication skills.

About the Position:

This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, develop and deliver support plans within complex settings, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist NDIS participants and their families/carers with needs assessment and person-centred planning.
  2. Develop and implement support plans that align with individual goals and strengths.
  3. Build capacity and knowledge among supporters through education and training.
  4. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care and support.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficient or Advanced level in behaviour support practices.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for travel.
  • Genuine passion for disability support and a commitment to making a positive impact.
