We're seeking a skilled Customer Success Professional to drive client satisfaction and growth through strategic account management, technical support, and relationship building.
About the Role- BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS TO ENSURE SUCCESSFUL ADOPTION OF OUR PRODUCT.
- PROVIDE PROACTIVE ACCOUNT AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT, FOSTERING RELATIONSHIPS WITH INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS.
- Evaluate client adoption and satisfaction, identify areas for improvement, and develop tailored success plans to achieve desired outcomes.
This role combines technical expertise with customer-centric practices, serving as a liaison between the customer and our solutions.
- Act as primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and understanding their business needs.
- Collaborate with clients to develop customized success plans, ensuring they achieve desired outcomes.
- Conduct regular health checks on client accounts, quarterly business reviews, and address any challenges or opportunities for growth.
- Be a problem solver and advocate, addressing concerns or needs with innovative and collaborative solutions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience and successful resolution of client needs.
- Use client data to identify trends, make recommendations, and proactively resolve concerns or escalations.
- Experience in Customer Success Management or account management with some exposure to enablement, training, coaching, and development roles.
- Familiarity with Customer Success tools such as Client Success, Hubspot, Zendesk.
- Expert relationship management skills, building trust and credibility with all levels of stakeholders.
- Proactive approach to identifying and addressing client needs, innovative problem solving, and deep understanding of client needs and our solutions.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
