Senior Manager, Project Delivery

Join the Reserve Bank of Australia's Workplace Department as a Senior Manager, Project Delivery, and take on a key leadership role in managing physical assets and services that ensure operational availability, security, safety, sustainability, and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the delivery of a portfolio of physical asset projects
  • Support nationally important operations and infrastructure
  • Provide leadership within a dynamic, outcomes-focused team
Your Background:

We are seeking a highly experienced professional with a strong track record in large-scale and complex project governance and delivery. You will have experience in managing a portfolio of projects within a structured program management framework, as well as practical experience in delivering projects involving construction and key infrastructure services.

You will also have proven project management and leadership experience in corporate and/or public sector environments, with the ability to foresee and add value to complex issues, identify and mitigate risks, and engage internal and external stakeholders.

Your Team:

This role will lead a newly formed Project Delivery section, reporting to the Head of Department and working closely with peers managing critical infrastructure, security, facilities operations, and workspace services.

The section will comprise up to 15 staff members located in Sydney and Melbourne.
