Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy and Execution:
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for OpenText solutions and services to achieve revenue and growth targets.
    • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities within enterprise accounts.
  2. Account Management:
    • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with C-suite executives, IT leaders, and decision-makers.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering account growth.
  3. Solutions Selling:
    • Articulate the value proposition of OpenText solutions, including enterprise content management, information governance, and digital transformation initiatives.
    • Promote professional services such as BAU support, upgrades, migrations, and implementations tailored to customer needs.
    • Work closely with internal delivery teams, technical consultants, and solution architects to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
    • Partner with marketing to create targeted campaigns and sales enablement materials.
  4. Market Insights:
    • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to position OpenText solutions as the preferred choice for enterprise clients.
    • Provide regular feedback to leadership regarding market dynamics and customer needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in enterprise software or IT professional services
  • Prior experience working with OpenText solutions is highly desirable
  • Strong understanding of enterprise IT ecosystems, cloud technologies, and digital transformation strategies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and skilled at working independently or as part of a team
