At Atturra Limited, we are seeking a seasoned sales executive to spearhead the growth of our enterprise solutions business.

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a proven track record in B2B enterprise sales, preferably within the IT or software industries.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive revenue growth through the promotion of OpenText products and services.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for OpenText solutions and services to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities within enterprise accounts.
- Account Management:
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with C-suite executives, IT leaders, and decision-makers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering account growth.
- Solutions Selling:
- Articulate the value proposition of OpenText solutions, including enterprise content management, information governance, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Promote professional services such as BAU support, upgrades, migrations, and implementations tailored to customer needs.
- Work closely with internal delivery teams, technical consultants, and solution architects to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Partner with marketing to create targeted campaigns and sales enablement materials.
- Market Insights:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to position OpenText solutions as the preferred choice for enterprise clients.
- Provide regular feedback to leadership regarding market dynamics and customer needs.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in enterprise software or IT professional services
- Prior experience working with OpenText solutions is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT ecosystems, cloud technologies, and digital transformation strategies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and skilled at working independently or as part of a team
