Requirements
- Foster exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills to drive data migration success.
- Converse fluently with stakeholders, understanding end-to-end data migration processes, day 0 and day 1 data load drops, testing, and cutover processes.
- Develop proficiency in SQL and Excel to support data-driven decision-making.
- Persuasively communicate with stakeholders, influencing acceptable solutions and working closely to determine them.
- Maintain excellent documentation skills to ensure seamless project progress.
- Demonstrate outstanding planning, organizational, and time management skills to lead successful projects.
- Showcase previous experience in developing operating models and driving process improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate business processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement and proposing actionable recommendations.
- Lead reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies, aligning with client goals.
- Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders, documenting results effectively and communicating key insights.
- Formulate system requirements, plans, and comprehensive documentation.
Compensation: This position offers an estimated annual salary of $120,000 - $180,000, depending on experience, reflecting the competitiveness of the market and the level of expertise required.
