About the Role
  • Action and resolve enquiries within 24-48 hours.
  • Liaise with stakeholders regarding credit management and customer accounting matters.
  • Identify customers experiencing financial hardship and assist with payment solution options.
  • Monitor systems and processes to ensure timely handling of DCA files and escalate issues promptly.
  • Effectively identify and minimise potential bad debts and negotiate favorable outcomes.
Your Skills and Experience
  • Credit, accounts receivable, or DCA management experience is advantageous.
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills for effective team, customer, and stakeholder interaction.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook and advanced Excel functions.
