Job Opportunity

A proactive professional is sought after to assume the position of Credit Manager. This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including achieving monthly debt collection targets, managing accounts, and coordinating with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve monthly debt collection targets through effective communication and negotiation with clients.
  • Manage accounts in a timely manner, ensuring that payments are received promptly.
  • Monitor and update ongoing debtor lists to ensure accurate tracking of outstanding balances.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to facilitate seamless workflow and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Respond to and resolve account queries in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Prepare account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and transparency.
  • Process high volumes of data entry accurately and efficiently.
Requirements:
  • At least two years of experience in a comparable Accounts Receivable or Credit Management position, preferably in a high-volume setting.
  • Intermediate Excel skills, including Vlookup, to effectively manage and analyze large datasets.
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Problem-solving skills to navigate complex issues and find effective solutions.
