Customer Service Representative - Finance industry - Not a call centre
- Immediate Start for 6 weeks

**The Company**
Our client is a reputable financial services organisation based in the CBD. They offer a professional working environment and a supportive network internally. They are currently in search for a temporary Customer Service Representative to assist with a major debt collecting project.

**The Role**
As a Customer Service Representative, your duties will include but not be limited to:

- Contacting and liaising with customers in relation to outstanding payments
- Collecting information and gathering documentation
- Providing a high level of customer service
- Data entry as required
- General Adhoc administrative duties
- **Contract**: Initially a 6-week assignment
- **Hours**: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm

**You**:
In order to be successful in this role, you must have the following:

- **Debt collecting experience is preferred but not essential**:

- **Strong customer service experience required**:

- **Working holiday visas allowed**:

- Excellent and professional communication skills
- Confident and competent office administration skills
- Reliable and can-do attitude
