We are seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team at El Camino Cantina Miranda.
About the Role
As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for leading by example, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will work closely with our management team to develop and implement strategies that drive business results and ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise a high-performing team of hospitality professionals
- Develop and implement sales growth strategies to increase revenue
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment that meets health and safety standards
- Ensure exceptional customer service and delivery of food and beverages
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and ordering processes
- Monitor and control costs to meet budget targets
Requirements
- Previous experience in a supervisory or junior manager role (hospitality experience not necessary)
- A willingness to go above and beyond to deliver exceptional results
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Availability to work Friday and Saturday shifts and a minimum of 38 hours per week
- Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate required

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum based on location and experience.
