About the Role

This role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and developing a high-performing team. You will be responsible for managing staff, implementing efficient systems, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

We are seeking an energetic and motivated leader who can lead from the front, drive results, and prioritize tasks effectively. If you have previous supervisory experience and a passion for growing your skills, this is an excellent opportunity to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a high-performing team and manage staff performance
  • Develop and implement effective operational strategies
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain high-quality standards
  • Manage inventory, stock levels, and cash handling
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or junior manager role (industry training provided)
  • A willingness to go above and beyond and grow personally and professionally
  • Availability for Friday and Saturday shifts and a minimum of 38 hours per week
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate required

Salary Estimate

Based on industry standards and local market rates, we estimate the salary for this role to be around AU$60,000 - AU$80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
