Hatch is supporting this insurer to find a great Key Insights Analyst to join their Consulting and Professional Services team. We model this in our hiring process for our partners.

About the Role

A Key Insights Analyst generates insights for strategic projects to help answer critical questions on an insurer's journey to become simpler, stronger, and more customer-centered. This role is instrumental in supporting the Strategy Manager to generate quality deliverables, working within problem-solving frameworks and practices.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop business models and implement processes and organizational structures
  2. Data analysis and performance improvement - Analyze data and develop recommendations for improving overall performance
  3. Project management - Developing project plans, tracking progress against milestones, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget

Required Skills

  • Critical thinking - Identifies and synthesizes patterns and trends amongst various sources of information to reach meaningful conclusions
  • Collaboration - Works with others by being open, clear in communication, and listening to achieve goals
  • Prioritization - Compares and ranks the relative importance/urgency of different tasks to identify the best order of actions

Benefits

Competitive salary range: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year. Work location: One convenient location.
